OPERATION “TOUJOURS PRET”

The Friday the 13th Attack

Homeland Security and other intelligence agencies have been quoted this morning as monitoring multiple cyber-attacks across the northeast.  The attacks have been targeting the electrical grid and communications networks.  Of particular interest are confirmed attacks on the Indian Point and Millstone Nuclear Power Stations.  These attacks have caused rolling blackouts and loss of landline and cellular telephones.  Internet service is down in many parts of Connecticut.  The power stations have been placed in emergency shutdown mode as a collapse of their control systems could lead to a release of radioactive steam.  All emergency operations elements are placed on full alert and are instructed to stand by for further instructions.
